Learn from WODprep's World-class Coaches, in person! Coach Ben, Dr. CJ, Dr. Melissa, Nelson, and Orlando will be on site the entire weekend so you can experience WODprep's world-renowned coaching firsthand, in a small-group environment.

Breakout sessions: Throughout the weekend, you'll experience small-group "breakout" sessions catered to your needs as an athlete. You'll also participate in group workouts, classroom-style seminars, and more! Last year's attendees rated the camp an average of 9.9/10 on their anonymous feedback survey.

Skill Enhancement: We provide instructions on both basic and advanced gymnastic movement patterns and weightlifting techniques for ANY age and ability level. Last year, we had athletes from 17 to 73 years old.

Workout Strategy & Pacing: Understand and implement tactics to maximize your workout performance, no matter the event. 

Efficiency Training: Learn effective methods for barbell cycling, increasing your gymnastic capacity, and moving smoother in burpees, box jumps, & more! 

Custom-Tailored Coaching: Every attendee's needs are unique, and we ensure that they are addressed individually. Our coaching is custom-tailored to cater to each participant's specific requirements based on our pre-camp athlete survey.

After Party: after the camp is over, you'll be invited to Sunday night's "WODprep Camp Afterparty" to mingle with new friends, coaches, and eat great food! 

WODprep Camp is scheduled for June 21-22, 2025, from ~9am to ~4pm each day, at a state-of-the art 15,000+ sqft training center, Koda CrossFit Iron View in Louisville, Colorado (~30 minutes from easily-accessible Denver Intl. Airport).
